a good start

i've got a good start for my AE101 class. best sangat coz the students participated actively in the class activity. since the new syllabus( AE101) is more towards the communication skills so the syllabus needs the lecturers to give more emphasis on communicative-based activities in class. what i did in class today was, i divided the students into two big groups whereby in each group, they are given a topic that they have to discussed and brainstorm. i gave them almost 45 minutes for discussion and another hour to present their points. to make it more interesting, i made it very clear that the group that wins the activity will receive a present. hahah...rasuah betul...tapi that what makes them so eager to do the activity as they know that they will get a reward afterwards. anyhow, each of the group has to decide who is going to present their ideas and points in front of the opposing team. and as the result of that, they chose two students who have make me feel seronok sangat. although their english is not really that good, but i can see the effort that each team has put in the activity. DSK1S1, you guys have made feel proud of you. mama cun sangat proud dengan you all punyer effort. keep up the good work girls. harap2 nya these girls will maintain this attitude till the end of their years in PPD.Girls rulezzzz!!!!
